He is a Guild Elder.

History

The Toecutter was one of the earliest of Thakrian Thieves, and as Guildmaster founded the first branch of the Thieves guild in Thakria. A keen fighter, whose idea of fun was to slay his opponent and then cut of their toes, one by one.

He renounced citizenship of Thakria on the 7th day of Paglost 1205.
