29.18 Issues (bugs or otherwise) of Avalon-wide significance.

Avalon has a well-developed bug report system, details of which can be perused by typing HELP BUGS. You can report bugs by typing BUG followed by text of your entry, using a single "input" and trying to be as concise but informative as possible. Fairly soon after the bug has been reported, and particularly if is is a commonly observed problem or is impacting a large number of players, it will be assigned a RATING by one of the deities or administrators. Should your report be of sufficient import, it may even be rated high enough to become one of the public issues: type ISSUES to review the current list of bugs, exploits or loopholes/problems in line for 'consideration and solution'.

Additionally, some issues will be of such importance, and will affect so many or so much of the land, the bug/exploit will be deemed an emergency - this being where it is rated as high as possible by any of the deities examining the bug report. Type EMERGENCIES to be made aware of current bugs, exploits or loopholes/problems listed as of 'Avalon-wide and/or permanent' importance.

The only significant limits on the ISSUES and EMERGENCIES commands and mortal access comes up where the "problem" involves some aspect of the land (e.g. a professional ability) whose subtleties should not become common knowledge. Thus a God may declare some issues to be 'for divine eyes only' while others - the majority - will remain for public consideration.
